Meat You Can Eat

I was going to upload these to my Facebook page but… I wanted to post them full sized.   If you are not a “friend” on Facebook, click here and request that we be friends.

This post is ALL about my favorite piece of meat… THE RIB EYE… protein and fat goodness…  hmmmm good!!!  Click Here for  some additional details on the RIB EYE,  or just look and DROOL!!! :))

This steak was 18 oz after cooking!! … wow… so good.   This beauty was spiced with only black pepper prior to cooking. After cooking I sprinkled some Tony Chachere’s….. oh and BTW… it was cooked in SAUSAGE   “JUICE” !!! :)

Lastly, I cooked in a BLACK CAST IRON skillet on medium heat for 5 minutes on each side. (The skillet belonged to my grandmother, here is a post on the skillet)
