I actually cooked more bacon but I used the grease to cook the vegetables.
This is the browned ground beef ... I drained the fat off and added to bacon fat for cooking vegetables.

THE VEGGIES! Green Peppers, Onions and Celery coarsely chopped.
I also added a can of tomatoes, the picture shows 4g of carbs per 1/2 cup. BE CAREFUL, some are 4-8g of carbs per 1/4 cup.
The Final Product ...and it was Soooo good. :)
