Ground Beef/Pork. Reasons; The pork is very versatile, I use it to make braised itallian sausages/meatballs which I use for meatball Alfredo. Also breakfast sausage, stir fry meat and it is 2$ to 3$/# less than ground beef but the beef is great for my old favorite, hamb salad, 3 patties smothered in lettuces some cheddar and mayo, grilled, fried, braised, steamed or in par-fried/steamed cabbage rolls. My favorite steak sauce is good ol' butter.
