I usually eat very simply, I am a simple man. Chili is as complicated as I get with food prep. And since going to a minimalist Carnivore Chili … even chili is quick and easy.
My body is responding extremely well to a ‘full-carnivore’ diet. I see no reason to quit … so I won’t. :)
We DO NOT need plants to survive nor thrive!
I no longer desire the flesh of plants!
My workouts have not suffered, energy levels remaining high.
My blood sugars are normal, for non-diabetics.
I feel mighty fine, as a full-carnivore, do I dine. :)
I do not desire plant-based foods. I am perfectly happy and content being a diabetic carnivore, eating an animal-based, zero-carb, 100% carnivorous diet.
This experience shows me that after eating VERY low carb for 11 years… I am still addicted to sugar. I shall not, in fact I can not consume sugary foods. It is, as it was before a diabetes diagnosis … like crack to me!
Why consume such so much protein? I’ve been fasting to attempt to heal my body of insulin resistance and I wanted to give my body a serious test. I consumed 8 times the protein recommendations, I think that’s a serious test. :)

This is almost effortless weight/fat loss.
