My goal when I started my diabetes journey 12+ years ago was to not only add years to my life, but also to add LIVING to those years.
I think I’ve accomplished that and I want to help others to reach their health and fitness goals.
While I successfully self-treat my diabetes and have achieved above average health and fitness… I never stop seeking knowledge. I never stop learning and questioning ‘conventional wisdom’.
