We currently ship to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Outside these areas? Email steve@diabetes-warrior.net and we’ll see what we can do.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is custom-printed specifically for your order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selected, or change of mind. Please double check sizing charts before ordering.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Just email steve@diabetes-warrior.net within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We’ll review and send a replacement or refund — no need to mail anything back.
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded, due to the nature of digital goods.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
