As my blood sugars began trending lower, my excitement began growing that my body was adapting to the all-animal based diet. Not even I expected the fasting numbers of the past five days!
If you want to graze, and spend the rest of your life in a downward health spiral taking more and more drugs... and requiring more and more medical industry services... BY ALL MEANS GRAZE!

Eat a truly low carb paleo meal plan.
My workouts have not suffered, energy levels remaining high.
My blood sugars are normal, for non-diabetics.
I feel mighty fine, as a full-carnivore, do I dine. :)
I do not desire plant-based foods. I am perfectly happy and content being a diabetic carnivore, eating an animal-based, zero-carb, 100% carnivorous diet.
I rebelled against the diabetes care advice the Medical Industry was 'serving', and began following a 'low carb paleo' meal plan since 2009. Not only did I wean off of ALL drugs, insulin, and medical industry services, I have maintained truly normal blood sugars.
