This page houses my two favorite Low Carb Paleo nutritional videos. I use a low carb paleo diet and lifestyle to help me successfully manage diabetes and all of these videos are diabetes friendly.

Both videos were confirming voices after I had chosen to follow a low carb paleo lifestyle. I had been told my some in the medical industry that I was on the wrong path. I was actually told that I was harming my body by not eating 120 grams of carbohydrates and by not eating grains for fiber.
The Medical Industry was wrong, as they so often are. After six years of going full ‘low carb paleo’, I am still reaping the benefits. Those in the medical industry who tried to discourage me were either very ignorant or very deceitful.
A Diabetes Nutritional Video

This first video was so important to me because here was a Duke University professor stating the very same thing I had read from Mark Sisson, Dr. Bernstein and others.
It was another 3rd party verification that increased my resolve and increased my confidence in my chosen path.

Dr. Gardner and the Battle of the Diets
This video was also very important… here was a life long vegetarian Nutrition Professor saying that low carb was the best meal plan for not only glucose control (which should be obvious) but is also best for weight loss and heart health. Think about that for a moment… let it sink in.
Life long committed vegetarian does a study and he admits low carb won the “Battle of the Diets”.
