A low carb paleo meal plan is the best for diabetics, it benefits everyone but a low carb paleo lifestyle especially benefits those with diabetes and other ailments, diseases.

  • I have maintained excellent health and fitness levels, you can too.
  • I have maintained normal blood sugars, for non-diabetics. you can too.

 

A lifetime of eating high carb, highly processed food, culminated with obesity, diabetes, and a host of other ailments. I’ve reversed all known diabetes complications and maintain excellent health, the key is a low carb paleo meal plan.

Low Carb Paleo Lifestyle

Low Carb Paleo works, not just for me but for EVERY diabetic who ‘works it’.

EVERY single diabetic who goes ‘low carb paleo’ reduces blood sugar levels, reduces weight and reduces drug requirements.  I don’t care what pseudo science, nutritional studies say. The truth is in your blood sugar meter.

I have experimented with many different diets, without a doubt low carb paleo is the best for diabetics. It’s the best meal plan for everyone with disease or health conditions.  Why? It is truly low-inflammatory.

I am convinced that ALL of my ailments were due to my high inflammatory, high carb meal plan combined with a sedentary lifestyle.  My list of ailments is in the picture below.

In brief, I was a chronically sick, obese, drug and insulin dependent diabetic taking (4) shots of insulin a day…just to survive.

Since 2009, I have been drug and insulin FREE!  How did I do it?  By following a very low carb paleo meal plan and lifestyle.

A ‘low carb paleo lifestyle’ encompasses many things. A short list:

  • eating low carb paleo meal plan
  • exercising most days a week
  • playing outside in nature
  • reducing stress with weight resistance exercise, walking and mindfulness
  • sleeping – my sleeping has improved but is a continued ‘work in progress’
  • daily sunshine, if possible

 

List of Ailments Before and After

The picture below shows a list of my ailments with a diabetes diagnosis. The ‘after’ was a snapshot in September 2010.   In 2010, I still had lingering issues with lower back pain but that has vanished with continual weight lifting including kettlebell swings.

A low carb paleo lifestyle … is a beautiful thing. :)
