All are low carb primal…. and PERFECT for those seeking to lose weight OR to control their blood sugars.
* I urge you to maintain a daily carbohydrate consumption rate of 30g of total carbs … until your blood sugars normalize. I recommend a sub 50g of total carbs every day… that’s what I do. :)
** Because individual components of recipes can vary depending on producer (canned tomatoes as an example) I urge you to read all nutritional labels and readjust carb totals as required.
